Clients do not pay Your Local Floor Guy directly for services.
All compensation to Your Local Floor Guy is paid by the installation company as part of their service arrangement.
You will not be billed separately by Your Local Floor Guy unless otherwise agreed in writing for additional consulting or design services.

5. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided by Your Local Floor Guy are prepared in good faith based on project information provided by the client.
Final pricing, scheduling, and material selections are confirmed by the installation company performing the work.
Estimates are non-binding until approved by the installer and accepted by the client.

6. Third-Party Installers and Liability

The installation company is solely responsible for:

Completing all physical flooring work

Compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Providing any installation warranty or guarantee
Your Local Floor Guy assumes no liability for workmanship, materials, or issues that arise from installation services performed by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Local Floor Guy shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the actions, delays, or performance of the installation company or other third parties.
Our role is limited to coordination and management services only.
In all cases, Your Local Floor Guy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid directly to us by the client for optional design or consultation services.
